Refund & Returns Policy for Grace Sports

1. Returns Eligibility

  • Timeframe: You may return most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are:
  • In original, unused, and resalable condition (e.g., no scratches, marks, or damage).
  • In original packaging, including tags, manuals, and accessories.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
  • Perishable goods (e.g., grip tape, adhesives).
  • Custom/personalized products (e.g., engraved paddles).
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper care.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  2. Ship Back: Securely package the item(s) with the RA number visible on the box. Return to:

  1. Inspect & Process: We will inspect the item within 5 business days of receipt and notify you of approval or rejection.

3. Refunds

  • Approved Returns: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
  • Shipping Costs:
  • Customer pays return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is our fault.
  • Store Credit: Optionally, request store credit for faster processing.

4. Exchanges

  • For defective or incorrect items, we’ll replace them at no extra cost. Contact us to arrange an exchange.

5. Event & Service Cancellations

  • Event Registrations:
  • Cancellations made 14+ days before the event: Full refund.
  • Cancellations within 14 days: 50% refund or credit toward a future event.
  • No-shows: Non-refundable.
  • Cancelled Events: Full refunds issued automatically if Grace Sports cancels an event.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Report damage/defects within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos and order details to [support@gracesports.com]. We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.

7. Proof of Purchase

  • A valid receipt, order number, or invoice is required for all returns.
