Refund & Returns Policy for Grace Sports

1. Returns Eligibility
- Timeframe: You may return most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are:
- In original, unused, and resalable condition (e.g., no scratches, marks, or damage).
- In original packaging, including tags, manuals, and accessories.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Perishable goods (e.g., grip tape, adhesives).
- Custom/personalized products (e.g., engraved paddles).
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper care.
2. How to Initiate a Return

- Ship Back: Securely package the item(s) with the RA number visible on the box. Return to:

3. Refunds
- Approved Returns: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
- Shipping Costs:
- Customer pays return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is our fault.
- Store Credit: Optionally, request store credit for faster processing.
4. Exchanges
- For defective or incorrect items, we’ll replace them at no extra cost. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
5. Event & Service Cancellations
- Event Registrations:
- Cancellations made 14+ days before the event: Full refund.
- Cancellations within 14 days: 50% refund or credit toward a future event.
- No-shows: Non-refundable.
- Cancelled Events: Full refunds issued automatically if Grace Sports cancels an event.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
- Report damage/defects within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos and order details to [support@gracesports.com]. We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.
7. Proof of Purchase
- A valid receipt, order number, or invoice is required for all returns.
